Tremec T56 6 Speed

The T56 was originally introduced on the Dodge Viper in 1992. The T56 is the transmission of choice for today’s high performance sports cars. Designed to tame Vipers and Cobra’s. The T56 was tough enough to win the 24 hours of LeMans, and today is found as standard fitment to the Corvette, Camaro, GTO, Firebird, Cadillac, Holden LS V8, Ford Falcon 6 & V8, Mustang, Cobra, Dodge RAM, Dodge Viper and the classic Aston Martin.

 

Tremec TR-6060 6 Speed

This transmission is the latest offering from Tremec, and is found in all new vehicles from 2008. This transmission features improved synchronisers, shifter mechanism, larger gears and a stronger 1 piece cluster. This transmission also features a higher Torque rating over earlier T56 Transmisisons.

 

Tremec T56 Magnum 6 Speed

The Kingpin of Tremec's high performance lineup. The T56 Magnum takes state of the art OEM technology, and pairs it with the most popular features of the all-business TKO 5 speed. The T56 Magnum easily tolerates up to 700 ft lbs of tyre devistating torque. It does this while also providing short, crisp shifts and improved performance. Known in it's OE form as the TR-6060, the T56 Magnum is an aftermarket version of the same transmission found in many of today's most revered factory sports cars, delivering refinement where you want it, and strength where it counts.

The Tremec T56, TR-6060 and T56 Magnum are fully synchronised 6 speed manual transmissions which feature a double overdrive design, maximising performance while minimising fuel consumption. Some models of these transmisison feature double and triple synchroniser designs, delivering clean, crisp shifts for high performance driving.

 

Tremec TKO 500 & 600 5 Speed

The Tremec TKO 500 and TKO 600 5 speed transmission is the #1 choice in High Performance 5 speeds. Built to OEM standards,the TKO 5 speed overdrive transmissions are the most versatile transmissions produced. With 4 different shifter locations available, most applications end up with the gearshift in the standard position. Adding to its versatility, are the dual electronic and mechanical speedo pick-ups, 2 crossmember mounting configurations, 4 different input shafts, neutral safety switch and reverse light switch.

Standard with all TKO 5 speed transmissions is the internal 3 rail shifting system, and a short throw alloy shifter, you will never miss a shift again!

The Tremec TKO is a proven winner at the drag strip and on road courses, which optional over-drive ratio's of 0.82, 0.64 and 0.68 it's ideal for street use. This is the ONE transmission that does it all!
